EBE

EBE stands for "Extraterrestrial Biological Entity", and is otherwise known as Lucas Rodenbush: one the newest recruits to our ever expanding roster of international Soma artists. Hailing from San Jose in the sunshine state of California, Lucas is a talented young musician who, through various musical study programmes, began making electronic music back in 1991. A collaboration with Solid Groove record store partners Brandon Yee & Harry Who? produced EBE's and Solid Groove's very first record.

While continuing with his studies, Lucas now manages the store's record label (renamed Solid Trax) and has released several singles on labels Resource, Afterhours, and Organised Sound and is enjoying an up and coming DJ career.

EBE's debut for Soma, Neural Response, is an enchanting tech house excursion into hypnotic beats and intricate effects.
