Terms and Conditions
By submitting an order on somarecords.com you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment
Payment will be received, via one of the stated payment options, before the order has been accepted and the agreement formed. Customers will be informed of the receipt of the order, payment confirmation and despatch of orders via email. All prices displayed on the site are in British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of postage. When applicable, postage is added on top when you place the order.
2. Refunds
The customer may withdraw from the agreement up to 30 days after placing the order, should they be dissatisfied. A full refund (excluding postage) will only be given once Soma has received the returned goods in the condition in which they were despatched. A full refund including postage will only be given should there be an error in the actual items ordered and those despatched, or if an item is damanged or defected. To arrange a refund email shop@somarecords.com. All refunds will be given at the latest within 30 days of the refund query being made and should be requested as soon as possible. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Recordings purchased in MP3 or FLAC format are personalised and cannot be refunded after a download of the recording has commenced, unless there is an error with the order.
3. Availability
If any item ordered if is unavailable, then you will be notified as soon as possible and your card not charged. However, Soma endeavours to keep the shop updated and all items displayed should be available.
4. Delivery
Soma will despatch your order as soon as possible and within one week, at the latest, after the order being accepted. Estimated delivery times are as follows;
- UK - 2/3 days
- Europe Ð 5/7 days
- Rest Of World Ð 7/10 days
Please note that all times are estimated and once despatched can be tracked using http://www.royalmail.com/ if you opted for Recorded Delivery, using the tracking number provided. Should your order not have arrived within 30 days of the order being despatched an investigation shall be launched with Royal Mail on the customers behalf, once Soma has been informed of the problem.
The online shop cannot be used to order products for delivery to countries noted on the Missing Countries list. Orders to those countries must be placed by calling +44 (0)141 229 6220. There are no export restrictions on any products offered.
5. Liability
If goods are damaged or incorrect then Soma must be notified within 30 working days of the customer receiving the order and Soma will endeavour to rectify the problem. However, Soma will only be liable for any problems with orders if notified within 40 days of the order being placed.
6. Complaints
Soma will do all it can to improve upon its service to the customer by accepting complaints to shop@somarecords.com.
